توضح شروط الاستخدام هذه (مع الوثائق المشار إليها) قواعد الاستخدام التي قد تفيدك عند استخدامك لتطبيق (شطور) سواء كزائر أو مستخدم مسجل في الموقع. إن استخدام التطبيق يشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: الدخول أو التصفح أو تسجيل الدخول له أو إضافة محتوى. يرجى الاطلاع على شروط الاستخدام بتمعن قبل البدء باستخدام التطبيق، لكون هذه الشروط ستطبق على استخدامك، إن استخدامك للتطبيق يؤكد على قراءتك وموافقتك الكاملة على شروط الاستخدام هذه وموافقتك على الالتزام بها، وفي حال عدم موافقتك عليها ينبغي عليك ألا تستخدم هذا التطبيق.
Introduction
These Terms of Use (together with the documents referred to herein) represent the terms and conditions for the use of (Shattoor) Application (“App”), whether as a guest or a registered user. Use of the App includes, without limitation, accessing, browsing, or registering to use it or adding content. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you commence any use of the App. By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully & irrevocably accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must not use this App.
معلومات عن التطبيق
تطبيق شطور صمم بعناية لمتابعة سلوك أطفالك وتقيمهم ومكافئتهم, ليكون أداة تساعد الوالدين في عملية التربية. إن تطبيق شطور مملوك لشركة أبيونك لتقنية المعلومات ويتم تشغيله من قبلها أو من تعهد إليه بذلك.
INFORMATION ABOUT Application
Shattoor application is professionally designed to track, evaluate and reward your kid's behavior in the concept of upbringing as a tool in parents' hands. Shattoor is an App owned and operated by Appuniq platform company for information technology, or whoever delegated by Shattoor.

CHANGES TO THE APPLICATION
The App may be updated from time to time, and its content may change at any time. However, Appuniq is under no obligation to update any content that becomes out-of-date at any given time. Appuniq makes no express or implicit warranty with respect to the App nor its content, and it does not guarantee that the App and/or its content will be free from errors or omissions.
حسابك وكلمة السر الخاصة بك
عند اختيارك لحساب المستخدم أو عندما يتم تزويدك به أو بكلمة السر أو بأي معلومة أخرى ضمن إجراءاتنا الخاصة بالتسجيل والأمان في التطبيق؛ ينبغي عليك التعامل مع هذه المعلومات بسرية، وينبغي عليك عدم إفشاء هذه المعلومات لأي جهة أخرى، وعند إنشائك لحساب المستخدم الخاص بك قد يطلب منك إدخال معلومات إضافية اختيارية، تمتلك منصة أبيونك الحق فيما تراه مناسباً لتعطيل أي حساب مستخدم أو كلمة مرور في أي وقت وذلك لعدم التزامك أو امتثالك لأي حكم من أحكام وشروط الاستخدام هذه. عند معرفتك أو اشتباهك بأن أحد ما -غيرك- يعرف حساب المستخدم أو كلمة المرور الخاصة بك، ينبغي عليك إبلاغ فريق الدعم فوراً على عنوان البريد التالي: info@Shattoor.com
YOUR ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD
If you choose or are provided with a user account, password, or any other data as part of the registration or security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose such information to any other person. In the course of setting up your user account, you may be prompted to enter additional optional information. Appuniq has the right to disable any user account or password at any time if, in Shattoor’s reasonable opinion, you have failed to abide by or comply with any of the terms of use provisions. موافقتك على هذه الأحكام يعطي أحقية لمنصة أبيونك بالاحتفاظ والاطلاع على المعلومات التي تقوم بإدخالها بالتطبيق. ويشمل ذلك البيانات الشخصية والخيارات التي تقوم بتحديدها والمحتوى الذي تقوم بإدراجه والذي قد يحتوي على تفضيلات أو بيانات معينة
USER INFORMATION
Your acceptance of these Terms of Use gives Appuniq the right to maintain and save or use the information inserted into the App. This includes personal data, choices you make, and content you include, which may contain certain preferences or data
الدخول إلى التطبيق
لا تضمن أبيونك استمرارية إتاحة التطبيق أو أي من محتوياته بشكل دائم، ولا تضمن أيضاً دوام توفير أي من محتويات الموقع باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
يمكن لأبيونك تعليق أو سحب أو وقف أو تغيير جميع أو بعض أجزاء التطبيق دون إشعار مسبق. لن تكون أبيونك مسؤولة في حال كان التطبيق غير متاح في أي وقت أو لأي فترة أو لأي سبب من الأسباب.
وعليك أيضاً، تحمل مسؤولية التأكد من أن جميع الأشخاص الذين تمكنوا من الدخول إلى التطبيق من خلال شبكة الاتصال الخاصة بك هم على دراية تامة بشروط الاستخدام هذه والأحكام والشروط المعمول بها وضمان التزامهم بالامتثال لأحكام وشروط استخدام هذا التطبيق.
لا تمثل أو تقر أبيونك بأن المحتوى والخدمات المتوفرة على التطبيق ملائم أو متاح للاستخدام في المناطق الواقعة خارج المملكة العربية السعودية. يجوز لشطور الحد من إمكانية استخدام التطبيق أو إتاحة أي من خدماته المذكورة لأي شخص أو منطقة جغرافية في أي وقت من الأوقات وعند اختيارك الدخول إلى التطبيق من مناطق أخرى خارج السعودية، يتعين عليك تحمل المسؤولية التامة..
ACCESSING THE APPLICATION
Appuniq does not guarantee that the App, or any of its content, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Appuniq also do not guarantee that any content on the application will always be provided in both the Arabic and English languages.
Shattoor may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the app without notice Shattoor will not be liable to you if for any reason the App is unavailable at any time or for any period
You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the App through your connection network are aware of these Terms of Use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.
Appuniq makes no representation that the content or services on this App is appropriate or available for use in locations outside KSA. Shattoor may limit the availability of the App or any service described on the App to any person or geographic area at any time. If you choose to access the App outside KSA, you do so at your own risk.
مزودي الخدمة
قد توظف “منصة أبيونك” شركات أخرى أو أفراد لأداء المهام نيابة عنها. على سبيل المثال لا الحصر مباشرة الطلبات، إرسال البريد العادي والبريد الإلكتروني، تحليل البيانات، تقديم المساعدة والتسويق، تقديم نتائج البحث. وقد يكون لهؤلاء إمكانية الوصول إلى المعلومات الشخصية اللازمة لأداء وظائفهم.
Service Providers
Appuniq may employ other companies or individuals to perform tasks on its behalf. These includes without limitation, directing orders, sending postal mail and e-mail, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, and providing search results. They may have access to personal information necessary to perform their functions.
المعلومات التي يمكن جمعها منك
يجمع “شطور” المعلومات التي قدمت من خلالك عند التسجيل في " التطبيق الإلكتروني" في سجل معلومات المستخدم بما في ذلك جمع المعلومات عن العمليات التي تقوم بها على” التطبيق الالكتروني”. قد نقوم أيضا بجمع معلومات إضافية فيما يتعلق بالخيارات التي تقوم بتحديدها أو المحتوى الذي تقوم بإدراجه والذي قد يحتوي على تفضيلات معينة. او مشاركتك في أي من العروض التي نوفرها. نحن نراقب أيضاً أنماط حركة المرور للعملاء واستخدام” التطبيق “، والتي تمكننا من تحسين الخدمة التي نقدمها.
Information that might be collected from you
Appuniq collects the information provided by you when registering in the Application and in a record with the information that we know about you through your use, including the collection of information about the operations you perform on the application. We may also collect additional information in connection with the choices you make or the content you include that may contain certain preferences. Or your participation in any of the offers that we provide. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and application usage, which enables us to improve our service
حالات الإفصاح عن المعلومات
مع مراعاة سياسة الخصوصية وسرية المعلومات، قد يتم تبادل المعلومات والبيانات المدرجة في شطور مع طرف ثالث لأغراض تحسين جودة التطبيق أو لأغراض التسويق.
Cases of Disclosure of Information
Taking into the privacy policy and confidentiality of information, the information and data included in Shattoor may be exchanged with a third party for the purposes of improving the quality of the application or for marketing purposes.
الاتصالات الإلكترونية والهاتفية
بموافقتك على استخدام” التطبيق ” وخدماتنا الإلكترونية فإنك بذلك توافق أيضا على استقبال تواصلنا الهاتفي و الإلكتروني معك بجميع أشكاله من خلال البريد الإلكتروني أو النشرات الدورية أو الاتصالات أو الإشعارات و التنبيهات المعلن عنها في “الموقع الالكتروني”. بناءاً على ذلك فأنت توافق ضمنياً على أن جميع المعاملات الإلكترونية المرسلة لك من قبلنا هي ملزمة قانونيا وتعامل معاملة المعاملات الخطية.
Electronic and Telephone Communications
By agreeing to use the “application” and our electronic services, you also agree to receive our telephone and electronic communication with you in all its forms through e-mail, calls and alerts announced on the “website”. Accordingly, you implicitly agree that all electronic transactions sent to you by us are legally binding and shall be treated as written transactions.
حقوق الملكية الفكرية
تملك أبيونك كافة حقوق الملكية الفكرية للتطبيق. وتتمتع هذه المحتويات بالحماية بموجب قوانين ومعاهدات حقوق التأليف والنشر في المملكة ولذلك فإن جميع هذه الحقوق محفوظة. وإذا قمت بعمل أي إجراءات تنتهك أحد الاتفاقيات، أو أي جزء منها، بناءً على التطبيق أو المحتوى أو كلاهما، كلياً أو جزئياً، فإنك بموجب هذه الأحكام والشروط توكل لشطور بشكل لا لبس فيه وتلقائي بكافة الحقوق والألقاب والمصالح في هذه الأعمال أو الإجراءات الانتهاكية، واتخاذ كافة الإجراءات اللازمة
ينبغي عليك ألا تقوم بتعديل النسخ الورقية أو الرقمية لأي من المواد التي قمت بطباعتها أو تحميلها بأي شكل من الأشكال، وينبغي عليك ألا تستخدم أي من التوضيحات أو الصور أو مقاطع الفيديو أو الصوت أو أي رسومات بيانية بشكل منفصل عن النص المصاحب له.
لا يحق لك استخدام أي جزء من أجزاء محتوى التطبيق لأغراض تجارية.
إذا أخللت بشروط الاستخدام هذه عند طباعتك أو نسخك أو تحميلك لأي جزء من أجزاء التطبيق، فحقك في استخدام التطبيق سوف يتوقف فوراً ويتعين عليك إعادة أو إتلاف أي مواد قمت بنسخها.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Appuniq is the owner of all intellectual property rights in the App. Those materials are protected by copyright laws in KSA. All such rights are reserved.
You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
If you do any practice that violates these Terms or part of them in regards to this App or its content, then Appuniq is entitled to take the necessary procedures for all the rights, titles, and interests.
You must not use any part of the content on the App for commercial purposes.
If you print, copy or download any part of the App in breach of these Terms of Use, your right to use the App will cease immediately and you must return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
الاعتماد على المعلومات
إن المحتوى المقدم على التطبيق ما هو إلا معلومات عامة ولا يقصد منها تقديم المشورة ولا يجب الاعتماد عليها من قبل أي فرد. يجب عليك الحصول على المشورة الاحترافية أو المتخصصة قبل الاقدام على اتخاذ أي إجراء أو الامتناع عنه بناء على مضمون محتوى التطبيق.
إن شطور لا يضمن أن ما يقدمه من محتوى في التطبيق قد يلبي احتياجاتك أو توقعاتك. وأيضاً لا يضمن شطور دقة التطبيق أو محتواه أو كماله أو انتظامه أو جودته. ولا يضمن استمرارية توفر أي جزء من أجزاء المحتوى على التطبيق.
RELIANCE ON INFORMATION
The content on the App is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content of the (Application).
Shattoor does not warrant that the content on this App will meet your needs or expectations. Shattoor also makes no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or quality of the App or content, or that any particular content will continue to be made available.
حدود المسؤولية
لن تتحمل أبيونك مسؤولية أي مستخدم فيما يتعلق بأي خسارة أو ضرر سواء من الناحية التعاقدية أو المسؤولية القانونية المحددة (بما في ذلك الإهمال) أو الإخلال بالواجب القانوني أو ما شابه ذلك حتى إذا كان متوقعاً أو ناتجاً عن أو متعلقا بـ:
· القدرة أو عدم القدرة على استخدام التطبيق
انت توافق على التزامك بشروط الاستخدام عند استخدامك للتطبيق وامتثالك لجميع الأنظمة والقواعد واللوائح المحلية والوطنية والدولية. أنت تضمن امتثالك لتلك المعايير عند أي استخدام لهذا التطبيق، وتعرض نفسك للمساءلة وتتحمل مسؤولية تعويض شطور عند انتهاكك لأي من هذه الضمانات. معنى هذا، أنك ستكون مسؤولا عن أي خسارة أو ضرر تتعرض لها نتيجة انتهاكك لهذه الضمانات.
لن تتحمل أبيونك مسؤولية أي خسارة أو ضرر ناجم عن الفيروسات أو الهجوم الموزع لتعطيل الخدمات أو أي من المواد التكنولوجية الأخرى الضارة التي قد تصيب جهاز حاسبك الآلي أو الهاتف المحمول، أو برامجه أو البيانات أو المواد الأخرى ذات الملكية الخاصة نتيجة لاستخدامك التطبيق أو لتحميلك أي جزء من محتواه المتوفر أو لاستخدامك أي من المواقع والتطبيقات المرتبطة به.
لا تتحمل أبيونك مسؤولية محتوى المواقع المرتبطة بالتطبيق عن طريق دخول المستخدم على رابط أو صورة ليتم تحويل المستخدم إلى موقع أو صفحة أخرى-، ولا يجب أن تفسر هذه الروابط بأنها مصدقة من قبل أبيونك ولا تتحمل أبيونك مسؤولية أي خسارة أو ضرر قد ينتج من استخدامك لهذه الروابط.
LIMITATION LIABILITY
Appuniq will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
· use of, or inability to use, the App
You agree that you will use the App in compliance with these terms of use and all applicable local, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations. You warrant that any such use does comply with those standards, and you will be liable to Appuniq and indemnify for any breach of that warranty. This means you will be responsible for any loss or damage suffered as a result of your breach of warranty.
Appuniq will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your phone or computer equipment, computer programs, data, or other proprietary material due to your use of the App or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any Apps or website linked to it.
Appuniq assumes no responsibility for the content of websites or Apps linked to this App. Such links should not be interpreted as endorsement by the Appuniq of those linked websites or Apps Appuniq will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
الفيروسات
لا تضمن أبيونك أمان التطبيق أو خلوه من الأخطاء أو الفيروسات.
تتحمل وحدك مسؤولية ضبط معلوماتك التقنية وبرامج هاتفك أو حاسبك وأنظمته من أجل الدخول أو استخدام التطبيق. يتوجب عليك استخدام برنامج الحماية من الفيروسات الخاص بك. ينبغي عليك عدم إساءة استخدام التطبيق أو إدخالك عمدا لأي من الفيروسات الخبيثة أو الضارة تكنولوجياً بلا استثناء.
ينبغي عليك ألا تحاول الحصول على دخول غير مصرح به للتطبيق أو للخادم الذي يتم تخزين الموقع عليه أو لأي خادم أو حاسوب أو هاتف أو قاعدة بيانات متصلة بالتطبيق. ويجب عليك ألا تقوم بمهاجمة التطبيق أو حجب خدماته لتعطيل الخدمة. إن شطور سوف تقوم بالتبليغ عن أي انتهاكات لهذه الأحكام والشروط للسلطات القضائية المختصة وسوف تقوم بالتعاون مع تلك السلطات عبر الكشف عن هويتك لهم. وفي حال حدوث أي انتهاك مماثل فإنه سيتم فوراً إيقاف حقك باستخدام التطبيق.
VIRUSES
Appuniq does not guarantee that the App will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, phone, or computer programs and platform in order to access or use the App. You should use your own virus protection software. You must not misuse the App by knowingly introducing any viruses which are malicious or technologically harmful.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, the server on which the App is stored, or any server, computer or phone, or database connected to the App. You must not attack the App or block its services. Appuniq will report any breach of this provision to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will cooperate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
روابط ومصادر جهات أخرى على التطبيق
عندما يتضمن التطبيق على روابط لمواقع أو تطبيقات أو ومصادر أخرى مقدمة من جهات أخرى، تكون هذه الروابط مقدمة للاطلاع فقط. إذا اتبعت رابطاً على أي من هذه الصفحات أو التطبيقات ، يرجى ملاحظة ان هذه الصفحات أو التطبيقات لها سياساتها الخاصة بها. ولا يمكن التحكم بمحتويات تلك المواقع أو التطبيقات أو مصادرها ولا تتحمل شطور أي مسؤولية عنها أو أي خسارة أو ضرر قد تنجم عن استخدامك لها.

Where the App contains links to other Apps or sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. If you follow a link to any of these Apps or websites, please note that these websites and Apps have their own policies.
Appuniq has no control over the contents of those sites Apps or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
منح الترخيص:
يتم منحك بموجب هذه موافقتك على هذه الشروط ترخيص شخصي ومحدود وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل وقابل للنقض. للقيام بما يلي: (١) تحميل التطبيق والدخول إليه واستخدامه، بما في ذلك أي تحديثات تتم عليه (٢) الدخول إلى المحتوى واستخدامه، بما في ذلك أي تحديثات وتحسينات تتم عليه، وفقاً للشروط والأحكام، ولن يتم منحك أي حقوق أخرى صريحة أو ضمنية خاصة بالتطبيق أو المحتوى.
LICENSE
your acceptance to these terms grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license. To: (i) download, access, and use the Application, including any updates; (ii) Access and use the content, including any updates. In accordance with terms and conditions of these terms. This does not grant you any other rights related to the Application or its content.
التعليق والإنهاء
سوف تحدد أبيونك وفق تقديرها المطلق ما إذا كان هناك انتهاك لشروط الاستخدام هذه من خلال استخدامك للتطبيق. وفي حال حدوث انتهاك لهذه الشروط فإنه سيتم اتخاذ ما تراه مناسباً من هذه الإجراءات.
إن عدم الامتثال لشروط الاستخدام قد يؤدي إلى اتخاذ جميع الاجراءات التالية:
· الإيقاف الفوري أو المؤقت أو الدائم لحقك في استخدام التطبيق
· إصدار تحذير بحقك
· اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية بحقك لدفع جميع التكاليف المترتبة على أساس التعويض وذلك يشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر التكاليف الإدارية والقانونية الناتجة عن انتهاكك للشروط

· اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية أخرى ضدك
· الكشف عن هذه المعلومات للسلطات القضائية المختصة بقدر ما يرى ضرورياً.
=تخلي أبيونك مسؤوليتها عن عواقب الإجراءات التي تتخذها بشأن انتهاكات شروط الاستخدام الموضوعة. ولا تقتصر على تلك الإجراءات المذكورة في سياسة الاستخدام فقد تتخذ شطور أي اجراءات أخرى قد تراها مناسبة.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Appuniq will determine, in its own discretion, whether there has been a breach of these terms of use through your use of the App. When a breach of this policy has occurred, an action will be taken as deemed appropriate.
Failure to comply with the terms of use may result in taking all or any of the following actions:
· immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the App
· issue of a warning to you;
· legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;
· further legal action against you
· disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as it reasonably feels is necessary.
Shattoor excludes liability for actions taken in response to breaches of the terms of use. The responses described in this policy are not limited, and Shattoor may take any other action Shattoor reasonably deems appropriate.
القانون المعمول به
تخضع شروط الاستخدام هذه وموضوعها الرئيسي وتكوينها ويما يتعلق بكافة المطالبات والخلافات التي تنشأ عن استخدامك لهذا التطبيق، (وأي منازعات غير تعاقدية أو ادعاءات) للأنظمة والقوانين المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية. كما ستكون السلطة القضائية لمحاكم المملكة العربية السعودية.
APPLICABLE LAW
These terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, and all claims and disputes arising out of the use of this application (and any non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. And Saudi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
العلامات التجارية
إن جميع العلامات التجارية التي لا تمتلكها شطور الظاهرة على التطبيق هي ملك لأصحابها المعنيين. ولا يجوز لك استخدام أي من هذه العلامات التجارية المسجلة أو أي نوع منها بأي شكل كان سواء لأغراض ترويجية بقصد أم بغير قصد مما تدعي أو تشير وفق تقدير المالك المعني للعلامة التجارية، أو توحي من حيث المظهر أو تعطي انطباعاً بارتباطها مع هذه المؤسسات وتأييدها.
لا يتضمن التطبيق ما يجب أن يفسر بمثابة منح أي حق أو ترخيص سواء كان ذلك بصورة ضمنية أو سقوط الحق أو غير ذلك مما يتعلق في استخدام أي من العلامات التجارية الظاهرة على الموقع دون الحصول على إذن خطي من مالك العلامة التجارية المعمول بها.
TRADEMARKS
All trademarks not owned by Appuniq that appear on the App are the property of their respective owners. You may not use any of these trademarks, or any variations thereof, for promotional purposes, in any way that deliberately or inadvertently claims, suggests or, in the sole judgment of the respective owner of the trademark, gives the appearance or impression of a relationship with or endorsement by these institutions.
Nothing contained on the App should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on the App without the written permission of the owner of the applicable trademark.
